Q:	Can you ship my order to a different address?
A:	Your order can be shipped to a different address however, we can only accept one shipping address per on-line order. A new on-line order will need to be created if merchandise is to be sent to more than one address.
Q:	How do I get started the first time I visit the site?
A:	If this is your first visit to our enhanced web site, you will be prompted in the ordering process to sign in as a New Customer. Follow the instructions on each page to create your user profile.
Q:	How do I cancel an order?
A:	An order is not submitted until you click the Submit Order link on the View Quote page. If you wish to cancel the order at that time, click the Cancel Order link. If you logoff this web site with items in your shopping cart, they will be available in your cart the next time you login to this web site.
Q:	When will I receive my order?
A:	This will depend on the type of delivery option you selected. Standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground. Inventoried products will ship expeditiously. However, we recommend that you allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day are also available for domestic orders. RUSH Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to ship the same day. Please select UPS International for orders shipping outside the U.S. Timeframes for international orders will vary. Q:	Can I customize any products with my Operating Division name?
A:	Most items in this catalog can be customized with your Lodge name, in addition to the FOP logo. Minimum quantity requirements on customized items may be required. Production requires a minimum of three to four weeks and there will be an additional charge for customization.
