Q:    Can you ship my order to a different address?
A:    Yes. Your order can be shipped to a different address however we can only accept one shipping address per on-line order. A new on-line order will need to be created if merchandise is to be sent to more than one address.

Q:    How can I find out about the status of my order?
A:    To check the status of your order, login to your account on the web site and you will be able to view your order history, or call the InServ Company Store order department at 1-800-468-4332.

Q:    How do I cancel an order?
A:   

An order is not submitted until you click the  ''Complete Order'' link on the Verify Order page. If you wish to cancel the order at that time, click  ''Cancel''.

If you have clicked the  ''Complete Order'' link on the Verify Order page, please call the InServ Company Store order department at 1-800-468-4332. Be sure to include your order number. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.


Q:    What is the delivery time?
A:   

This will depend on the type of delivery option you select. Standard domestic delivery is via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day are also available for domestic orders.

All U.S. inventory orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order receipt (this does not include actual shipping time). Possible exceptions may occur due to backorders, etc. Inventoried products should arrive within 3-6 business days.

All shipments will be charged actual freight and will be routed via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.

Rush Orders:
Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time to ship the same day and will incur a Rush Charge as well as expedited freight charges.
 
International Orders:

Any International orders will be shipped via the best method for the specified destination and the chart below will not apply. The buyer will be charged actual freight charge as well as duties and taxes. A $15 International Order Handling Charge will apply.

Q:    What do I do with defective goods or exchanges?
A:   

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR LEE WAYNE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality or products that have been received incorrectly, we will replace your order, please contact us at 800-468-4332 to advise on the reason for the return. A new order may be placed if the exchange is of a different value than your original order. If you are making an exchange as you may have ordered incorrectly, please note that the exchange will not be made until you have returned the item.

Merchandise cannot be returned without Lee Wayne Corporation's consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
